Igår fick jag möjligheten att lyssna till Jennie Sinclair om AI:s framfart. Möjligheter och farhågor inför framtiden. Jag befinner mig mitt emellan fascination och full on existensiell ångest. Men jag hoppas att övergången mellan industrialismen och spiritualismen ska leda till en positiv transformation i slutändan. Det är så jag måste se på det, för att inte bli förstelnad av skräck. Och tänk att få vara med i en så betydande historisk switch. Rysligt och läskigt och kanske alldeles underbart?

My biggest take away from today’s lecture on AI: What kind of leadership does your organization need when AI is doing more and more of the jobs? According to Jennie Sinclair, who has the main speaker at Almi Kalmar län’s entrepreneur event today, the future skills needed in the organization are Leadership, Innovation, Creativity, Intuitive Decision Making and Complex Problem Solving.
When coaching leaders, I have always encourage them to listen to, and understand, their own emotions in different situations. Your emotions are often key to what decision that has to be made. It can be scary not to lean on facts and statistics all the time, but I think we all have experiences that some of the biggest decisions in life were made from the gut and not from the head.
